Newburgh FD-City/Newburgh Police were dispatched to a vehicle into pole at Prospect St/South St on August 11. City/Newburgh Police requested Mobile Life ALS also. Water department and Central Hudson were also requested to scene, firefighters assisted with injured parties and spread speedy dry on fluids on road. Mobile Life ALS transported two subjects to Montefiore/St Lukes Hospital. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause. Vehicle ran over fire hydrant before striking pole.
