Albany County rollover kills Cheyenne man

ALBANY COUNTY, WY - The Wyoming Highway Patrol reported the 77th fatal crash of 2008 occurred Friday August 8 on State Highway 210 about 14 miles west of Laramie. 29 year old Justin J. Barnes of Cheyenne was killed in the 7:57 PM rollover crash.
State Troopers said Mr. Barnes was westbound in his 1985 Cadillac when he went off the road on a curve. He over corrected and rolled one and a half times across the road. He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. Excessive speed is suspected as a contributing factor.
Family members said they planned to bury Mr. Barnes next Thursday in Nunn, Colorado on a family farm that his father, James Barnes, said his son loved.
