Fawn Grove, PA - The Citizens Volunteer Fire Company, along with mutual aid departments, responded to a reported barn fire in the New Park Road area.

Upon arrival, command reported a barn fully involved with fire extending to a nearby barn, a camper, and a truck, with additional exposure concerns to a residence. Crews from Engine 56 and assisting units initiated an aggressive fire attack while prioritizing exposure protection.

Firefighters worked to contain the blaze and prevent further spread, successfully bringing the incident under control. The fire was reported to have been caused by a lightning strike. No injuries were reported.
