On July 26^th at 2:00 am the Vera Cruz, Old Zionsville, Emmaus, Lower Milford, Lower Macungie fire companies and Emmaus EMS were dispatched for a dwelling fire with entrapment at 4265 Tank Farm road in Upper Milford Township, Chief 28 of the Vera Cruz Fire company arrived on scene and and the 2^nd alarm was called for and all residents were out of the dwelling and the deck on the back of the house was fully involved as well as the garage, The fire was under control in 30 minutes. 4 of the 7 residents were transported by EMS to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Fire Investigators believe smoking was the cause of the fire and the house is now a complete loss.
