Winona Lake FD Town/Newburgh EMS and Police were dispatched to Algonquin Park at the upper pond for two Kayaks stuck in pond
on July 25th. One subject managed to come to shore-second subject was stuck in marsh inside the pond. Firefighters threw rope to
second subject and brought him and kayak to shore without incident. No injuries all units returned to quarters.
