Newburgh FD responded to a vehicle/ bike MVA with injuries at 246 Carpenter Ave on July 23rd. City/Newburgh Police and Empress EMS was at scene.
Empress transported one subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. Firefighters checked vehicle for hazards and stood by. City/Newburgh Police investigating
the cause.
