Mutual Aid Response Brought Regional Agencies Together

Binghamton, N.Y. — June 22 — During a significant emergency that called for a coordinated response from several agencies, the Prospect Terrace Fire Department, located at 2 Girard Ave., helped the Endwell Fire Department. In order to support incident operations and fulfill operational requirements, firefighters collaborated with nearby departments and other emergency personnel.


Mutual aid resources guaranteed sufficient manpower throughout the event and strengthened the response. During the operation, all responding agencies demonstrated professionalism and coordination, which fire officials acknowledged. As the community continues to heal from the catastrophe, the department also sent its condolences to the victims, their families, other first responders, and everyone impacted.
