Weatherly, PA. — June 2 — At a building fire on Williams Street in Ryan Township, Weatherly's Citizens' Fire Company #1 arrived to support Ryan Township Fire and Rescue. As a member of the Schuylkill County Tanker Task Force, Tanker 2031 was sent to offer extra water supply assistance while combating fires. In places with poor hydrant coverage, mutual assistance tanker responses are crucial for ensuring a consistent water supply to active fires.

In order to support suppression efforts and guarantee that sufficient water resources remained accessible, weatherly firemen collaborated with nearby departments. Tanker 2031 cleared the area and resumed operations without any more problems after finishing its mission.
