Ronkonkoma N.Y. On Monday May 17th at about 6:43 PM Suffolk Fire Rescue and Emergency Services dispatchers activated the Ronkonkoma Fire Department for a vehicle crash at Hawkins Ave & Express Dr S. Units arrived on scene to find a 2 vehicle crash 1 of the vehicles had heavy damage to the passenger side. Firefighters secured both vehicles and placed Speedy dry down to clean up a heavy fluid Spill at the scene while EMT’s checked out at least one person that was involved. Fire Police were on scene to control traffic keeping the area safe for the emergency personnel. All units were back in Service in Under 45 minutes.
