A tech rescue response went out for the address of North Cameron Ave. The initial report for a high angle rescue. Once companies arrived on scene they found a homeowner using a small lift machine caught up in the trees of his home. Firefighters used ground ladders and ropes to get him untangled from the branches. The man was uninjured.
