RIXEYVILLE,VA-On April 23, at 1643 hours, two vehicles collided at Rixeyville and Jeffersonton roads, Little Fork Volunteer Fire and Rescue was soon on the way.
Chief 9 arrived on scene first and advised incoming units that one vehicle was on fire.
Chief 9 determined all occupants were out of the vehicle.
Ambulance 9-1 arrived on scene, provided care to three injured subjects and transported them to Fauquier Hospital.
Engine 9 arrived on scene and launched an aggressive attack on the vehicle fire. The firefighters quick work protected the second vehicle.
Virginia State Police assisted with traffic control.
Responding to the incident was: Ambulance 9-1, Rescue Engine 9, Chief 9, Chief 9-2 and utility.
