Hagerman FD Takes on Southampton FD in Some Hockey

This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

Southampton N.Y. – On a recent Sunday Night the Hagerman FD Rude Dogs took on the Southampton Fire Department in a good old fashioned game of ice hockey. The Game took place at the Southampton Ice Rink on County Road 39.

The game got off to a rough start for the Hagerman Rude Dogs who were down by a few goals. However the Rude Dogs Lead by Assistant Chief Tim Dunham began to rally back late in the 1st period to put pressure on the team from Southampton FD. In the End the after a hard-fought battle between both teams which got a little rough at times the Rude Dogs Came Out on Top 18-13 to win the game. We would like to take this time to thank the Hagerman Fire Department and Assistant Chief Dunham for having us at the game and look forward to next years game between these 2 very competitive teams.
