Newburgh FD responded to a two vehicle MVA unknown injuries on 20th-March at Wisner Ave. City/Newburgh Police and Empress EMS was at scene. Fire
fighters spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway and disconnected batteries. Empress EMS checked subj's both refused medical treatment. City/Newburgh
Police investigating the cause.
