New York State Police and Town/Newburgh EMS responded to a vehicle into the wall eastbound on Interstate 84-mile marker
39.4 on February 17th Town/Newburgh EMS transported on subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. State Police requested tow for vehicle.
New York State Police investigating the cause.
