2 Car MVA sends Two to hospital

On February 4th,
Selkirk Fire Dept along with Delmar Bethlehem EMS and ACSO medics, were toned out for a 2 car MVA in the intersection on 9W and glenmont road.
Driver in the Chrysler was giving a field sobriety test and also tried leaving the scene in his crashed car. 2nd driver had chest pain and swollen face due to air bag deployment and seat belt. Both patients were transported to hospital. 1st driver was escorted to hospital by Bethlehem police bending blood alcohol level and blood work for drugs in his system. The patient was checked out by delmar Bethlehem EMS Doctor on scene. Per 2 witnesses the driver in Chrysler went to go turn on to glenmont road and ran the red light hitting the white car. crash is still under investigation. driver tried to walk away and drive from scene and was lost and confused.
