Orange Lake/Winona Lake FD responded to automatic alarm at 172 Meadow Hill Road-Sapphire Nursing Home on February 7th. 911 Command Center sounded
preplan for alarm-Cronomer Valley-Ladder-Good Will Engine-Orange Lake Full Response. Firefighters discovered fire in wall-Employee shut power off and extinguished
with dry chem extinguisher. Fire fighters checked for extensions and found none. Deputy Orange County Fire Coordinator 36-12 was at scene. Cronomer Valley set up Ladder
truck in rear of building .
