Orange Lake FD responded to Head On MVA with entrapment on State Route 52 in area of Whisper Lane on February 2ND. Fire fighters arrived and found driver trapped in vehicle.

Firefighters used Jaws of Life to extricate driver from vehicle. Town/Newburgh Police and EMS was at scene. State Route 52 was shut down during incident. Town/Newburgh EMS

transported both drivers to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. Firefighters spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway-cleaned road of vehicles debris . Orange County Sheriff Department

assisted with traffic. Town/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
