YAPHANK, NY - On January 26th, the Yaphank Fire Department was alerted for a reported motor vehicle accident with car fire at Mill Rd. and German Blvd. 5-30-51 arrived on scene and knocked down the fire with a fire extinguisher. 5-30-7 and 5-30-15 still responded in, cleared all leaks and made sure that all fire was knocked down. Crews went back into service 30 minutes later.
