On January 26th the Yaphank fire department was alerted for a reported motor vehicle accident with car fire. 5-30-51 arrived on scene and knocked down the fire with a fire extinguisher. 5-30-7 and 5-30-15 still responded in and cleared all leaks a made sure all fire was knocked crews went back into service within 30 minutes later.
