CORAL SPRINGS, FL - The CSPFD is happy to announce the promotion of Captain Rohan Neita and Lieutenant Stephanie Rabaglia.

Captain Neita joined our department in July 1998 as a volunteer firefighter. He was hired full-time as a firefighter/paramedic in July of 2000. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 2012 and has worked in this role until his recent promotion to captain. Throughout his career, Captain Neita has received one lifesaving commendation, two unit citations, and one meritorious duty commendation.  

Lieutenant Rabaglia was hired in March 2019, but began her passion for the fire service several years before while an active member of our fire explorer program. Lieutenant Rabaglia was also a member of the Coral Springs High School Firefighter 1 Program prior to graduating high school. Lieutenant Rabaglia has earned three unit citations during her career and has committed many hours of her own time assisting with public education programs as the Coral Springs Professional Firefighter Benevolent Association Social Media Coordinator.  

We are proud of both of these newly promoted members and are confident they will bring amazing leadership to their respective crews.
