2nd Alarm Quickly Knocked in Dracut

DRACUT, MA - Dracut firefighters were dispatched to Nashua Rd. on the morning of January 23rd for a house fire. Companies arrived to find smoke and fire showing from the roof area of the single-family home. Command struck a second-alarm, bringing mutual aid to the scene and to cover the town. Companies stretched three handlines, and the Dracut Ladder company opened the roof for ventilation. The fire was knocked down in a short amount of time.
