Middlehope FD responded to a tractor trailer/vehicle MVA with ejection in area of 5453 State Route 9W on 22nd-January. Town/Newburgh Police end EMS was at scene.

Town/Newburgh EMS requested MEDEVAC for driver of vehicle-later request was canceled. Town/Newburgh EMS transported one subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital.

State Route 9W was closed between Old Post Road and Cortland Drive during the incident. Town/Newburgh ID Unit was requested at scene for photos-both vehicles were impounded

by Town/Newburgh Police. New York State Police assisted at scene. Town of Newburgh investigating the cause.
