December 28-2024. Andover,NH. Andover firefighters were dispatched to a report of a barn fire on Hoyt Road at 2027 hrs. The Andover Fire Chief arrived to find a 40X40 Garage fully involved. A First Alarm assignment was transmitted bringing mutual aid from Franklin, Tilton-Northfield, New London and other area departments for tankers. Over a thousand foot supply line was run along the ice covered dirt road to the scene. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
