WALTHAM, MA - On January 2nd around 5:15 PM a car traveling south on Waverley Oaks Road in Waltham swerved off the road, taking down a street lamp and crashing into an office building. Initial reports came in as people were trapped. Waltham Engine 3, Rescue 1, Medic 1 and 2 were dispatched. There was no entrapment, but three people were transported to Lahey Trauma Center in Burlington with non-life-threatening injuries. The building inspector was requested.
