As always when training there are times when someone will notice that some thing may not have been done as it should of been and so they will take that time to talk about it, fix it and do it right.
Lee Fire Rescue has been doing a lot of hands on training. From MVA to search and rescue. Making sure as many of their members get as much hands on as they can so everyone is ready when the time comes that they need to apply these skills on a real call.
