Photo by Joe Cox Firefighters with Muhlenberg Township Fire and Rescue arrived at 2700 Kutztown Road with smoke showing. Reading Ladder 3 was requested after the 2nd Alarm was transmitted. Crews assisted for nearly an hour before returning.

City Assists In Muhlenberg Township
18:04 Hours/ 2700 Kutztown Rd/ Muhlenberg Township/ C Platoon- Ladder 3 along with Car 4 were dispatched to assist County Station 66 with a working structure fire. Crews were reporting fire on the 3rd floor extending into the attic. Once the fire was under control Ladder 3 returned to the city and was placed available at 19:02 hours.
