Farmersville Station, N.Y. — June 3 — The Farmersville Fire Department, located at 980 Elton Road, took part in Franklinville's Prom Promise presentation to assist inform students about the risks associated with driving while intoxicated, distracted, and irresponsible. The event emphasized the value of making safe decisions when driving while providing pupils with a realistic look at how emergency personnel handled a simulated car accident.

The event, which took place before to prom and graduation season, promoted safe driving as students got ready for more summertime travel. In order to spread the safety message and educate the public that many traffic accidents may be avoided by adopting responsible driving practices, firefighters collaborated with law enforcement, emergency medical workers, and other partner agencies.
