Hackensack memorial
Photo by RON JEFFERSOn the evening of July 1st, members of the Hackensack and area fire departments, active and retired, families and friends, assembled at Fairmont Park to remember the five city firefighters that gave their lives in the line of duty at an auto dealership fire on July 1, 1988. They were: Captain Richard Williams, Lt. Richard Reinhagen, and Firefighters William Krejsa, Leonard Radumski and Steven Ennis. All deceased city firefighters were also remembered.
