Truck and Ladder companies operated at a 3-alarm fire in Sayreville that occurred on June 14th. The three trucks from the Sayreville Fire Companies all flowed and operated their master-streams.
Morgan Chemical & Hose Company Truck 2 arrived as the first due truck and put the ladder up to cover the entire Alpha Side of the home.
President Park Fire Company Truck 5 arrived just behind Truck 2 and operated as the 2nd due truck. Truck 5 “beached” the truck on the lawn by a neighbors driveway and covered the Alpha and Bravo sides of the home. Truck 5 was supplied water by Melrose Hose Company Engine 3.
Sayreville Engine Co. Truck 1 arrived third due. Truck 1 positioned on the Delta side of the home. Truck 1 was able to cover the A, C, and D sides of the home. It was supplied by Sayreville Engine Co. Engine 7.
Keyport Fire Department Ladder 22 arrived as the fourth due truck. Ladder 22 assisted in opening up, checking for fire, and knocking down a well-involved basement fire.
East Brunswick Independent Fire Company Truck 809 arrived as the fifth due truck company. Truck 809 completed searches, and opened up walls and ceilings throughout the structure.
