On the evening of June 11th, Hackensack conducted a promotional and appointment ceremony for the Fire Department at City Hall. Promoted to Deputy Chief was Justin Derevyanik. Promoted to the rank of captain were M. Oates and K. Nemeczek. New lieutenants are D. Reinhart and T. Burns. New probationary firefighters are G. Gilfoy, N. Orbe and N. Webster.
