Members of the Berlin Fire & EMS Department recently strengthened their technical rescue capabilities as Lieutenant Paulino and FF/EMT Cushman successfully completed the Rope Rescue Technician Course hosted by the Massachusetts Fire Academy. The intensive program focused on advanced rope rescue operations, including anchoring, rigging, and victim extrication techniques in complex environments.
