A busy night at River Edge Fire Department, Tuesday, 03/26/2024. Joint training exercise hosted by River Edge Fire Department with Rochelle Park Fire Department. 

Together we went over May Day, Down Firefighter CPR and Denver Drill. River Edge Fire Department has been busy with "Pre-Planning" exercises on several buildings of concern in River Edge, as well as other various training this year, expect our department to complete 12 important exercises for Quarter 1, 2024 and plenty is scheduled for April and 2024, including the Bergen County Fire Academy.

Several towns have been reaching out to River Edge for joint training exercises; we are honored to work with Rochelle Park and welcome joint training exercises with the brothers and sisters in any of the Bergen County towns as more joint training is on the calendar for 2024, as well with various departments.

All I will add as Chief of Department for River Edge, I am very proud of our department and the fact that our members take training very seriously and are always open minded to learning from the other great Departments in Bergen County.
