The Mountainside Rescue Squad took delivery of their 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 upfitted by ESI Apparatus of Montgomeryville PA. This EMS Special Operations vehicle will house their equipment for fire rehab assignments, wilderness rescues, large scale incidents, and other specialized EMS assignments. This vehicle holds 4 cases of water, a 10'x10' tent, EMS command equipment, triage equipment, bleeding control kits, wilderness EMS bag, equipment necessary for fire rehabs, an APX8500 mobile radio, and an APX8000 portable radio to maximize interoperability.
