WHERE ARE THEY NOW

By John M. Malecky October, 2020

In Middlesex County the Helmetta Volunteer Fire Department has in service this 1988 Pierce Dash tanker which was donated to them by a resident who purchased it privately. It has a 1250gpm pump and 2500 gallon water tank. It has a unique feature of having the side dump valves enclosed in a compartment behind roll-up doors. It formerly served with the Guilford Township, Ohio Fire Department.
