FIRE TRUCK IS LOCATED IN KEWAUNEE, WI. Custom tilt cab Fire Department pumping apparatus made by Peirce Manufacturing inc. Body style is considered Suburban Style with the chassis being a 1980 Ford C-8000. Transmission is an Allison MT-643 Automatic. Engine is a Caterpillar, Model 3208 with 210 hp, Diesel engine. Wheel base is 175" with the GVW being 35,000. Dimensions are 27' long, Width 96 inches and Height less than 10'. Pump size - Waterous CMYB-1000 two stage centrifugal pump. Water tank is a 1000 gallon t-shape steel tank. There is no generator that goes with this truck. This truck has the basic custom deluxe model.

Defects: Extensive rust jacking between frame rails, failed pump test because of air leaks, engine exhaust and wye pipe are in need of replacement and exhaust piping needs to be custom made because our Ford dealer cannot find or make the parts.

The fire truck was taken out of service on June 2016 and declared by our Department as unsafe for travel on the road because of the extensive rust jacking between the frame rails
