Does start, runs and drives. All aerial and outrigger devices are operational. Last Aerial test in 2017. Air Brakes, Tandem rear axle with lockout, has Alcoa aluminum rims with 15/32 on front tires and 22/32 on rear tires with all hubcap and lug covers. Red over white paint with chips and scratches through out cab and body. There is some corrosion on the cab and body. Gray vinyl interior with tears in seats.

Dash panel has cracks throughout. All warning light were updated in 2007 with Whelen LED lights. No A/C, power steering with tilt/telescopic steering column, power mirrors. Has a 3.0 KW Onan diesel mounted generator. Was taken out of service in November 2018.
