1995 Ford LTS9000 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 11.1L L6 DIESEL. Tanker Truck

Starts and runs, was in service until August of 2018

1995 Ford L9000 Tanker built by Engle Fire Manufacturing. 29’5 inches long, 8 ft 1” wide and 10ft 7” in height. This truck has only 17072 miles and service records are available. The truck has an Detroit series engine (DD series 60, 325 HP) and an Allison HT-750 automatic 5 speed transmission. The truck does have an onboard vacuum pump capable of drafting water from a standing sources such as a tank or stream. The truck has a hydrant fill capability as well. The tank is a 3000 gallon steel tank with fiberglass lined inside. There are 3 dump chutes on the truck. The rear dump shut is equipped with an electronic dump valve and the side dump chutes are manual controls. The truck will be sold with (2) 3000 gallon drop tanks and (2) 10ft sections of 5” hard suction and (1) 3” hard suction hose. This would be a great truck for a rural fire department. The cab does have a 4 place electrical outlet for items such as flashlights and charging portable radios.
