The truck was sent to LTC in 2016 due to a tear in the steel on the front H-box. The entire front H-box was replaced. The truck passed a UL 5 year Non Destructive test performed prior to leaving LTC. An annual aerial test was performed in June of this year, and a pump test was completed in October 2016. See the attached reports

No Loose equipment will come with the truck. (Hose, Intake valves etc)
