1983 Pierce Arrow 85' Aerial Platform (steel) with 1500 gpm Waterous pump, 350 hp Detroit Diesel 92 series, Federal Q signal, Code 3 MX7000 Emergency overhead lights, seats 7 with 3 scba seats. Comes with seven ground ladders and two pike poles. Foam is induction. Has 31490 miles, 1276.8 motor hours, 1011.6 Aerial hours, 304 pump hours. Transmission was rebuilt in 2003 at 27564 miles. All truck and aerial manuals along with all service records go with vehicle. Aerial passed inspection on 9-19-2016. Aerial inspection was halted in November 2017 due to a crack along driver side of ladder cradle; hydraulic oil leaks along both barrel seals along elevation cylinders; performance test could not be completed under 150 seconds (ladder did not operate fast enough); rung cover damage; and cracks found along both rear counterbalances.Pump passed inspection in 2016. Hydraulic pressure gauge along the ladder pedestal was inoperative. Runs and drives fine.
